We focus on growth areas within the middle market, investing $5 to $30 million alongside management teams to fund expansion, acquisitions or recapitalizations. In certain cases we form companies around talented managers in proven areas where we see opportunity. In addition to capital, we bring extensive industry experience and a broad network of relationships to each investment we make.

Catalyst is based in New York and makes investments primarily in the U.S. and Canada.
